Job Summary
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversee our high-volume restaurant operations, $10+ million
- Upholds standards of the brand and holding team accountable
- Mentor and develop our team, including cultivating culture within the team
- Administrative duties : scheduling, inventory, HR issues
Restaurant Manager Requirements :
- Management experience with upscale casual or fine dining concepts
- At least 5 years of Restaurant Manager experience
- Must have hands-on / high-volume experience
- Professional attitude and system-oriented
- Strong leadership skills : a role model for the team
- Steady tenure, no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 yrs
- Must be highly team-oriented and quality food-focused
