As a Restaurant Manager at Gusto Caledon, your role will encompass both front-of-house operations and administrative tasks.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Greeting and engaging customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Managing a fast-paced, busy dining area and kitchen
- Ensuring efficient order-taking, packaging, and service.
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Taking a hands-on approach to closing duties, including thorough cleaning and preparation for the next day.
- Handling administrative tasks such as creating weekly schedules, and managing employee timetables.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
