Description

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Motivates and supports team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Supports maintenance of restaurants that are noticeably cleaner than others.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the restaurant team.
• Supports the RGM to ensure that preventive maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed by company standards.
• Supports RGM to implement marketing strategies and follows cash control / security procedures.
• Assists in managing inventory and labour and applies financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, employment laws, food safety, security, and operations.
• Supports in recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining effective team talent.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings, and training.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in the fast food industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of restaurant financials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and high-quality food.
