Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee daily operations of a single restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Direct and motivate a team of 10-25 employees to provide exceptional customer service and exceed performance targets
Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation to maximize customer satisfaction
Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability, while adhering to budgetary guidelines
Manage inventory, labor costs, and financial reports to optimize restaurant performance and achieve desired outcomes
Enforce compliance with government regulations, company policies, and food safety standards to ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees
Recruit, select, train, and retain talented individuals for various positions within the restaurant, fostering a positive work culture and team cohesion
Perform regular inspections and maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards are met
Requirements :
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college coursework preferred
2-4 years of proven experience in restaurant management, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the USA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively motivate and inspire a diverse team
Proficiency in English language and a working knowledge of Windows-based computer programs for administrative tasks and reporting
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Strong understanding of financial principles and experience in budget management, inventory control, and cost analysis
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with occasional travel to other locations for training or operational needs
