100% remote position! Equipment shipped directly to your home. Must be living in Canada. Inbound customer service role working with a Canadian telecommunications company.

Duties :

• Answer customer inquiries regarding their internet, TV or cell phone provider
• Data enter relevant information
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Must speak French AND English fluently
• Language skills will be tested
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Flexible to work anytime (8 hour shifts) between 7am and midnight EST Mon-Sun
• Open flexibility is required
• Must have a private, quiet space to work at home
• Must have high speed internet and ability to hardware computer to modem
• Must be currently living in Canada
