Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for a Regional Sales Trainer to lead our in-house sales events across our multiple locations.

- Have a valid OMVIC certification.
- Have a proven track record in hosting or managing automotive sales events.
- Are willing to travel regionally to support sales events at different stores.
Key Responsibilities :
- Host and lead sales events at multiple stores across the region.
- Plan and facilitate kick-off meetings to set the tone for each sales event.
- Manage, generate, and confirm appointments for the sales events.
- Greet and register customers upon arrival, ensuring a smooth start to their experience.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and managers to drive vehicle sales.
- Travel to various stores within the region to support sales events as required.
Skills & Experience :
- Must be OMVIC certified.
- Experience in automotive sales.
- Proven expertise in hosting or managing automotive sales events is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Effective negotiation abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teams to achieve sales goals.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a passion for driving sales success.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
