POSITIONSUMMARY

We are looking for apassionate and dynamic Sales Representative to join our sales team.This role focuses on achieving sales goals in a designatedterritory by maintaining current customer relationships andacquiring new clients.

The role involves identifying and developingsales growth opportunities and exploring new markets. The BilingualSales Representative acts as a key corporate ambassador nurturingand strengthening existing client relationships.

ESSENTIAL JOBFUNCTIONS :

AccountManagement :

  • Developand sustain effective relationships with keydecisionmakers.
  • Promote sell and secure ordersfrom existing and new clients.
  • Create andimplement strategies for client retention andgrowth.
  • Identify and pursue new marketopportunities.
  • Quickly resolve any customerissues or concerns.
  • Prepare and presentdetailed quotations and proposals.
  • Offertechnical support and guidance on companyproducts.
  • Track monitor and manage clientaccounts to meet sales targets.

Reporting :

  • Maintain uptodate CRM records with quotes andcustomer interactions.
  • Review and analyzemonthly sales reports providing feedback on performancevariances.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in business orrelated field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturingindustry with at least 2 years in a salesrole.

REQUIREMENT :

  • Strong problemsolvingskills.
  • Preferably an engineering background ortechnical understanding.
  • Excellent professionalcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Energetic and resultsoriented with aproven track record.
  • Ability to workindependently and manage sales activitieseffectively.
  • Strong time managementorganizational and planning skills.
  • Willingnessto travel extensively; valid drivers licenserequired.
  • Proficient in using ERP and CRMsystems.
