About the Role

• Performs day to day purchasing of inventory, placing, tracking and receiving orders as per established guidelines
• Co-ordinates buying for all branches within assigned region & Specialty Product Groups.
• Supports specialty groups in processing & inventory control management. Identifies opportunities to leverage sales between specialty groups
• Maintains purchasing records, entering stock transfers and adjustments
• Engages vendors to address shipment errors, Return Merchandise Authorisations, claim back procedures and product issues
• Administers & supports inventory cycle counts and yearly inventory count for assigned region

Who We're Looking For

• High school dipolma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Proficient with vendor, purchase order systems and Microsoft office
