Job Tasks

Service Wet, dry, pre-action systems, small renovations that require modifications. Trouble shoot systems that are not in proper operation.

Make applicable repairs

• Contracts Install new systems in both retro and new builds. Coordinate with onsite trades, track and order material, follow track and report on safety procedures
• Inspection Inspect, test all applicable systems (fire pumps, hydrants, different alarm valves and devices
• Maintain knowledge of codes and standards

Qualifications

• Certification as a Fire Protection Technician (specifically, Sprinkler / Standpoint System)
• Red Seal Journeyperson Sprinkler Fitter preferred
• Position is a unionized position
• Valid drivers license with clean abstract
