We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We would like to hear from you if you have a passion for talent acquisition.

Duties

• Actively find new customers and new business strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
• Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Qualifications

• Having 2B sales, or business development experience in Canada is an asset
• 3 year of experience in recruitment cycle in Canada
• You find purpose in helping people and companies succeed.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
• Strong team-oriented working style

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a commission structure with unlimited earning potential. We recognize and reward hard work and dedication.

The starting salary is $36,000+, potentially earning $60,000 or more in the first year. There are opportunities for significant advancement.
