The receptionistis the first point of contact for visitors and clients responsiblefor managing the front desk operations handling communication andproviding administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

As a receptionist youwill be responsible for answering phones and administrating VOIPphone systems responding to and distributing emails scheduling anddata entry for inventory customer data etc.

Theschedule is Monday Friday from. This is an inperson positionlocated at our office is in ElmsdaleNS.

Requirements

HighSchool diploma or equivalent; associates degree or relevantcertification is a plus.

Previousexperience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role ispreferred.

Excellent verbal andwritten communicationskills.

Proficiency data entry andable to work in different computer basedprograms.

Strong organizationaland multitaskingabilities.

Professional demeanorwith a custoemrorientedapproach.

Ability to handlesensitive information withconfidentiality.

Problemsolvingskills and proactiveattitude.

Basic knowledge ofoffice equipment.
