Summary of responsibilities

Reporting to the Office Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that customers and guests are welcomed and well directed around the company, and for carrying out all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Specific responsibilities
7. Process and manage cheque payments
8. Assistance to finance team and tasks related to collection and payables.
13. Any other related tasks.

3. Bilingualism (French and English).
