Unified Valve Group is currently looking for a detailed oriented, hardworking Branch Administrator to join our Calgary team.

Responsibilities :

• Courteous and timely reception of visitors and telephone inquiries.
• Work with Branch staff, as well as occasionally accounting personnel, to reconcile all open reports, including, but not limited to : ValveTek, GreatPlains, backorder review, stock transfers, and purchase orders.
• Perform data entry in GreatPlains, ValveTek, as well as enter customer orders and credits, stock transfers, purchase orders, and inventory tracking, receiving inventory items, and reconciliation of packing lists.
• Provide branch administrative support including managing office supplies, all administrative duties, and operate all office equipment.
• Enter and complete PO’s, AFEs, vendor and customer files, function as a branch liaison with other departments as needed.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administration function.
• Exceptional communicator and customer service oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Must be a collaborator who is willing to wear many hats and help when needed.
• Must be computer proficient with a strong ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, experience with GreatPlains would be an asset.

Required Education :

High School or equivalent
