Receiving Inspector

Currently seeking for a Interior Component receiving inspection to support our customer in Dorval, Québec for full time on the weekend shift for a minimum of 6 months.

The receiving inspector will be responsible to make sure the components meet the esthetic and technical requirements and has the proper documentation.

Frequency : 8 to 40 hours per week depending on the period of the year

Shift : Vary - Candidate must be available to support during weekends when needed

Duration : Minimum 6 months

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and visual inspection on seats and cabinets per customer standards.
• Review documentations as required and ensure they meet the customer requirements.
• Communicate any non-conformance to the customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years Aerospace inspection experience
• Minimum 3+ years in interior component and esthetic inspection (Seats and cabinets)
• Understanding and experience in AS 9100.
• Other Qualifications : MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Computer proficiency is required, team-minded, communicative, being proactive
• Detailed oriented, esthetic mindset, self-starter.
• Experience with reviewing shipping documentation
