Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Ready-Mix Batcher / Dispatcher at our Elora based shop.

Responsibilities

• Batching concrete using a computerized batching system
• All stages of dispatching including
• Customer service
• Product quality
• Inventory control
• Managing production scheduling, planning and reporting
• Assisting with the supervision of staff, including driver scheduling
• Other duties as assigned

Technical Requirements

• Experience in the concrete industry (driving, testing etc..)
• Exceptional customer service.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Computer proficient Microsoft Office, Google Maps, Command Alkon, Mpaq.
• Experience running front end loader is an asset.

Business Requirements

• Full time day position, Mon-Fri

This position pays between $28.00 - $34.00 per hour, based on skills, education and experience.
