Role Overview :

As a Quotations Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up and staging our plumbing fixtures & heating equipment RFQ’s into the NEXT database.

This role requires someone who is technologically savvy to navigate various software with speed and provide information that is accurate and timely.

What You Will Do :

• Oversees all incoming inquiries / responses received through the Bid Spec’ Outlook inbox.
• Primary phone contact for all inquires coming into Bid Spec quotations group.
• Reviews all attachments, job links, and contractor job boards identifying pertinent information on specifications essential to the department.
• Utilizes Microsoft Outlook, shared folders and third-party quote software to stage the RFQ.
• Sends documents to manufacturers / agents to obtain project costing.
• Uses associations and services to obtain opportunities.
• Completes any other duties assigned by supervisor.

What We Require :

• Strong technology and keyboard skillsets.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be well organized, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
• Customer service and team-oriented individual.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
