Position Overview
As a Quality Coordinator , you will report directly to the Quality Manager, and will administer the Company Quality Plan.
This position is on a full-time contract until 2026 . In this role, you will be responsible for assuring that quality standards and procedures are disseminated and implemented throughout the company.
You will perform and report on internal quality system audits and assists in the overall administration of the internal audit program.
District Overview
Eastern Canada District's projects include highways, bridges, mass transit, mine site development & open pit operations, hydroelectric powerhouses, wind-power plants, dams & industrial.
We serve the construction and mining industries and operate in Eastern Canada.
Location
This position is based in Ottawa, ON.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following :
Documentation and Records Management : Review project documentation, including drawings, manuals, and specifications. Coordinate and compile as-built drawings and documentation.
Maintain records of changes and deviations from original submissions.
Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentations. Above-average knowledge of handover software.
