About

Working at our Dorval Distribution center, the Picker / Packer is responsible to complete various tasks related to the operation of picking, packing and shipping of various products including : generic products, OTC, narcotics, controlled drugs, refrigerated products, promotional materials, and exporting.

He must respect the superior quality norms in order to meet the high expectations of the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Working hours : 2pm to 10 : 30pm, possibility of working overtime
  • Salary starting at : 25.15$ / h + evening bonus

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Pick up the goods according to the customer's order
  • Verify the goods for packaging of the products and make corrections if required
  • Package the goods according to the specific criteria of the products and the requirements of the customers
  • Load trucks and ship the goods via the various shipping systems
  • Participate in daily cyclical accounts, as needed
  • May be called upon to provide support to another sector of activity according to operational needs
  • Perform IT transactions and complete all necessary documents
  • Maintain a organize, clean and safe working environment

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities :

  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Experience with radio frequency technology
  • Basic reading (French) and math skills
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Available to work overtime
  • Ability to drive a forklift truck - mandatory
  • Knowledge of SAP / JDE (asset)
  • Accredited as R-Pick by Health Canada (an asset)
