Our client is looking for a proficient, customer driven, and organized Property Administrator to join their team! This position will be starting early January.
Our client provides condominium property management and consulting services, with an intense focus on organizational efficiency, proactive customer service and concierge-level services.
This role will be responsible for supporting properties in the Kitchener / Waterloo region. The work location will be hybrid and flexible with a combination of working in the office, at the actual property site.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in progressing in the Property Management industry to a Property Manager role in time.
Salary : $50,000 per year

Hours of Work :
9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)
Evenings and weekends on occasion may be required
