YourTasks :

• Hunt down new businessopportunities (a real hunter not just an orderfiller)
• Source promotional productsensuring with the team they arrive on time and exceed clientexpectations.
• Build and nurture strongrelationships with clients understanding their needs and deliveringtailored solutions.
• Develop and execute salesstrategies to smash salestargets.
• Stay in the know about industrytrends new products and what the competition is upto.
• Team up with marketing to createeyecatching sales materials andpresentations.
• Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals andbeyond.
• Provide stellar aftersalessupport to keep our clients coming back formore.

Your Profile :

• Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in promotional product sales with a distributor. (Sorryno exceptions must have distrubutorexperience)
• Proven track record of crushingsales targets.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit anda gogetter attitude.
• Topnotch sourcing and negotiationskills.
• Excellent communication andpeople skills.
• Ability to work independently andas part of a funloving team.
• Creative thinker with awesomeproblemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work from the vibrantMarkham office as this is a hybrid role and on theroad.
• You have creativeflair.
