Role : Senior Program Administrator / Program Specialist (Bilingual - French / English)

Location : Montreal,QC(Onsite 4 Days a Week)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Program Administrator / Program Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a bilingual candidate with a strong background in operations, office management, or program coordination .

The successful candidate will have worked with large-scale clients , demonstrating excellent organizational and operational expertise.

Role Requirements :

• Bilingual (Fluent in English and French)
• Experience in administration, operations , office management , or program coordination
• Prior experience working with large clients or in similar high-impact roles
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks, excluding calendar management for executives
• Must be available onsite for 4 days a week in Montreal (partial availability is not accepted)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily activities
• Manage office operations and workflows effectively
• Support program or project coordination as needed
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external clients, ensuring effective management of operations and client expectations

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in operations or coordination roles, especially in large, complex environments
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges
