HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Markham who needs to hire a Production Supervisor for a straight night shift (11pm 7 am).

To be considered, you will need work experience as a Production Supervisor with a tier 1 automotive manufacturing company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a tier 1 automotive setting
• Experience overseeing a team of at least 20 operators and team leads

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and provide guidance to Operators
• Ensures all targets are met safety, production and quality
• Spending you time walking on the shop floor interacting with the team and support staff
• Ensuring 5S standards are maintained
• Daily maintenance of employee attendance in ADP
• Responsible for Manpower Planning
• Ensure all inventory levels are maintained
