Your functionI am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a company in the regulated sector located in Boucherville, a Production Supervisor - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Permanent position 40 hours per week - face-to-face.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : - Ensure the smooth running of production activities- Train and coordinate production teams to achieve company objectives- Manage the work teams of the various departments and ensure the smooth running of plant operations.

• Communicate good OHS practices to the team and ensure compliance with standards.- Identify and resolve production efficiency problems.
• Other production-related tasks (production forms, quality, inventory).Your professional skills- Priority management and analytical skills- Leadership and rigor- Excellent interpersonal skills and team playerWe're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right.

Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working as part of a team.Your profileAt least 5 years' experience in a similar position, in the manufacturing, agri-food or pharmaceutical sectors would be an asset.
