Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate fully automatic assembly cells by ensuring machine hoppers are full with molded and purchased components.
  • Conduct quality testing of product being produced on your shift.
  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment.
  • Monitor and inspect quality of materials produced.
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution.
  • Sustain production requirements based on machine target levels.
  • Accurately enter data for required production sheets and quality reports.

Compliance & Safety :

  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in safety training and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a production role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Skills & Competencies :

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) is an asset.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
