Production Worker Night Shift Our client, an innovative manufacturer of high-end, superior-quality dampers and air control products, serving commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

Located in Smiths Falls, they are looking for reliable mechanically inclined NIGHT SHIFT team. What is in it for you?

• Salary : $22.08 base pay with additional shift premiums
• Shift : Permanent - Monday to Friday Nights 11.30pm 7.30am
• Benefits : Once hired by the company you will be eligible for extensive benefits

What do you need to do?

• In this role you will start as a general labourer. You must be mechanically inclined, tools used include chop saw, pneumatic tools and hand tools to prepare and assemble the finished product.
• You will be punching holes, filling them with gaskets, and building dampers.
• Once your skills are accessed you may move into a specific department such as the Foaming, Quality or Parts Department
• Maintain a safe work environment.

What are we looking for?

• Previous work experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
• CSA approved Steel Toe Boots and Clear criminal background check.
• This role is very physical. Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs , able to stand, bend lift for extended periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Work efficiently as a team player, able to work under minimal supervision and are reliable.
• Effective in communication and Problem solving / Excellent organizational skills.
• You must have reliable transportation to and from work as this is not on a transit route.
