We are seeking an experienced

Production line technician to guarantee the day-to-day operations in our production line, compounding, and warehouse departments.

This is a critical role that requires technical / mechanical experience in manufacturing, filling and warehousing, attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for the production line assembly - Adjusting- calibrating, for a smooth production.

Repairing and troubleshooting as needed.

Production Line operation and supervision

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment (filling, capping, labeling, and packaging) as per SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with product quality standards through regular quality control checks.
• Responsible for troubleshooting production equipment issues and perform necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.

Maintenance Mechanic Support

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production lines.
• Responsible for the installation of new equipment and machinery, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols during maintenance activities and production operations.

Key Requirements :

• Forklift operation certification.
• Mechanic or technician diploma / certificate.
• 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing facility
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in operating, troubleshooting and adjusting production line equipment.
• Experience in using computerized inventory management and production tracking systems.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols.
