We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator in Hamilton In this role, you will ensure the timely and efficient production, storage, and fulfillment of promotional products, print material, and signage for clients.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in production management, focusing on promotional products.

This is an in-office position , not hybrid nor remote. Must live within a hour's drive to Hamilton.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate production schedules with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional products.
  • Review client orders and artwork to ensure accuracy and feasibility for production.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all client needs and deadlines are met
  • Monitor production timelines to ensure products are produced on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their orders and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Manage inventory levels and reordering of items to ensure availability for client needs.
  • Manage current client programs to ensure inbound / outbound inventory is managed accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in the development of new product offerings and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all production-related activities and prepare reports as needed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the promotional products industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with production management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
