The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a confident Product Support Representative to join our team in Fort McMurray, Alberta . As the Product Support Representative, you will drive new sources of revenue for the Service department by selling service agreements and managing Service customer relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Product Support Representative your key responsibilities will include :

• Drive new Service and Parts revenue within a defined territory
• Maintain customer expectations and satisfaction amongst your customer accounts
• Build and maintain relationships and communication with key customer personnel
• Meet established targets and key performance metrics
• Produce and track leads and opportunities for all Leavitt Machinery business units
• Maintain accurate records using a CRM system

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies :

• 3-5 years of prior work experience in B2B equipment sales is a strong asset
• Post-secondary education in sales, business management, or a related discipline preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Motivated and proactive
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills and planning and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license required

The base pay range for this role is : $40,000 base salary, plus Northern Living Allowance, initial bridge salary, and uncapped commission.

OTE in the first year is approximately $130,000+.

This is an onsite role based in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
