Product Development Coordinator
Location is Oakville
$60,000-$80,000 annually with benefits

Duties
Hours of Work : Client advised that the candidate must be available to work Monday through Saturday.
The schedule could be from 8 : 00am to 8 : 00pm. Will be given a schedule weekly (40hrs / week).
Working closely with day-to-day with the development and platform leadership teams to :
oProvide the right inputs for development and testing
oClarify requirements as development progresses, and remove impediments
oDay to Day operational support in resolving any bugs
- Monitor the progress of projects through the development lifecycle, making sure deliverable are correct and tested properly
- Document issues / bugs / fixes and technical debt, and create a plan to address them
- Working closely with leaders, executives and stakeholders to understand strategy and document / refine business requirements
- Assisting with building, maintaining and documenting the companies product roadmap, including generating new ideas that enhance the user experience for all constituencies
- Report and ensure visibility for senior management
- Participate in various documentation efforts (user Training, process, KB, etc)
Assets :
- Previous work experience working in a Product Management or Business Analyst Role in a product-focused Agile software development environment
- Prior development or QA experience with functional / end-to-end testing
- Experience uncovering, formulating and documenting business requirements for complex systems
- Experience creating and monitoring product roadmaps, ensuring impeccable documentation through all phrases
- Experience documenting issues, bugs, fixes, technical debt and creating plans to stay balanced and on track
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related
- Experience using Jira
- Experience working in a PHP / Laravel Environment
- Experience with vendor management
- Experience with Kanban
- Certified Scrum Product Owner
