Role Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist with approximately 2 years of experience in procurement, MRO space, logistics, bidding, and supply chain management (SCM).

This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations and support of our ongoing projects in the EV battery sector.

Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement activities including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order execution.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Participate in the bidding process, preparing and reviewing tender documents.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure supply chain activities align with project timelines and budgets.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure strategic sourcing and procurement efficiency.

Requirements :

• 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, bidding, and SCM.
• Knowledge of the EV industry and battery technology is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred :

Candidates local to Windsor, or willing to relocate to Windsor.
