Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) is Canada’s number one trade show and convention facility located in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Globally acclaimed and a premier choice for event planners around the world, the Corporation operates a convention facility for conventions, trade shows, consumer shows, corporate and food and beverage events and parking facilities.

MTCC encompasses 2.4 million square feet, has over 700,000 square feet of exhibit and meeting space including 77 meeting rooms, a world-class 1,232-seat theatre, two well-appointed ballrooms and indoor parking garages with 1,700 parking spaces within the North and South Buildings.

With a strong track record of success and ambitious plans for growth, MTCC is seeking a visionary leader to serve as President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

As CEO, you will lead the organization through an exciting phase of expansion and innovation. You will drive strategic initiatives to further establish our position as a premier convention destination, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

With a focus on stakeholder management, operational efficiency, and growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our organization.

The incoming CEO will possess a combination of strategic vision, leadership skills, and industry expertise to drive the organization forward and capitalize on growth opportunities while addressing any internal or external challenges.

They must excel in navigating political landscapes and building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of government and the hospitality industry.
