ABOUT THE POSITION

• Manage, retain, and grow book of business in Personal Lines
• Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
• Answer phone calls from clients when available
• Provide quotes and bind new insurance policies in Personal Lines
• Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients
• Complete policy reviews and renewals

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Level 1 general license, Level 2 preferred
• 2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
• Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge in BMS software such as Vertafore, EPIC, Power Broker, TAM
