Manage, retain, and grow book of business in Personal Lines
Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
Answer phone calls from clients when available
Provide quotes and bind new insurance policies in Personal Lines
Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients
Complete policy reviews and renewals
THE REQUIREMENTS
Level 1 general license, Level 2 preferred
2 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
Experienced in providing customer service with various situations
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge in BMS software such as Vertafore, EPIC, Power Broker, TAM
COMPENSATION
Base salary depending on relevant experience + performance bonus
