Job Title : Personal Lines CSR

Job Description :

RIBO Licensed : Must hold a valid RIBO license.

Experience : Minimum 3 years working knowledge of personal lines insurance policies and coverages.

Communication Skills : Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and company underwriters.

Portfolio Management : Service existing personal lines portfolio.

New Business Quotes : Quote new business on a rotational basis.

Sales Skills : Upsell and cross-sell within the portfolio.

Policy Processing : Process policy changes on insurance company portals.

Attention to Detail : Strong focus on detail and accuracy.

Fast-Paced Environment : Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Knowledge : Knowledge of SigXP & Applied Rating Services is an asset.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications :

RIBO License : Mandatory.

Experience : 5+ years of commercial experience.

Client Interaction : Passion for interacting with clients.

Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational skills.

Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team Player : Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
