Our Peripatetic Service are seeking to appoint Care & Support Assistant, working 21 hours per week . This essential service works 7 days per week, 52 weeks a year, providing the best possible quality of care in the community.

The successful person will be prepared to work a 4-week rota The hours of work are on a rota basis, and the position does include weekends and bank holidays with enhanced rates of pay, and opportunities for overtime.

The rota wil be negotionable

This post is subject to the Fluency Duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act . The post holder is required to demonstrate a proficient level of fluency under the Duty as detailed within the job specification for the post .

To enable service users to remain in their own homes by promoting independence and delivering a quality service.

To ensure individuals are treat with dignity and respect and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way to deliver effective services by working within national guidelines and standards.

The position will help you gain invaluable skills to deliver person centred care at every opportunity.

The successful candidate will be given a comprehensive induction programme, full training to deliver high standards of care, and we will fund the qualification for you on successful completion of the probation period.
