Please note that this role will be on-site at our office in Burlington, Ontario (497 Elizabeth Street). Once settled into the role, the position will become four days in-office and one day remote.
We are looking for a Pension Support Administrator to join our team in Burlington. The Pension Support Administrator provides administrative support and a go-to for all pension client member inquiries and especially, those terminating or retiring.
The Pension Support Administrator will administratively support the pension team, specific to member inquires and pension withdrawals as well as work in concert with the lead team member with respect to pension members who are transactionally cashing-out pension accounts and other similar pension transactions not requiring licensing.
