Position : Payroll Technician

Location : Saint-Laurent, Montreal (5 days on-site)

Salary : $70,000 (Based on experience)

Requirements :

• At least 3 years' recent and relevant experience in full cycle payroll
• DEC, AEC, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Bilingualism for communications outside of Quebec
• Knowledge of Quebec's labor standards
• Familiarity with Nethris payroll software (ideal)

Key Responsibilities :

• Process full cycle payroll accurately and efficiently
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity
• Monitor employee vacations and other authorized absences, managing benefits accordingly
• Prepare employee correspondence, including letters for changes, recoveries, and employment confirmations
• Provide general administrative support as needed
