Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Payment Operations Specialist with a passion for ensuring seamless fiat and cryptocurrency transactions.

In this role, you'll handle the full payment lifecycle from execution to reconciliation working closely with banks and third-party providers to resolve any issues and improve efficiency.

You'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute and monitor daily fiat and cryptocurrency payments (on-ramp and off-ramp) for a global customer base.
• Reconcile payment flows, ensuring all funds are accurately credited and debited.
• Monitor transaction flows and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to maintain smooth payment operations.
• Collaborate with banks and third-party payment providers to address delays or issues in transactions.
• Ensure compliance with AML , KYC , and other regulatory requirements related to payments.
• Provide timely and efficient customer support for payment-related queries, troubleshooting transaction errors when needed.
• Assist in the integration of new payment methods and gateways to expand service offerings.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports on payment operations for management review.
• Continuously improve and optimize payment processing procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 3-5 years in payment processing , banking , or financial operations .
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology .
• Familiarity with bank payment networks and cryptocurrency wallets .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot payment issues effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in transaction processing.
