PositionOverview :

We are seeking amotivated Payment OperationsSpecialist with a passion for ensuring seamless fiatand cryptocurrency transactions.

In this role youll handle the fullpayment lifecycle from execution to reconciliation working closelywith banks and thirdparty providers to resolve any issues andimprove efficiency.

Youll play a key role in ensuring regulatorycompliance while delivering excellent service tocustomers.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Execute and monitor daily fiatand cryptocurrency payments (onramp and offramp) fora global customer base.
• Reconcile payment flowsensuring all funds are accurately credited anddebited.
• Monitor transaction flows and resolveany issues or bottlenecks to maintain smooth paymentoperations.
• Collaborate with banks and thirdpartypayment providers to address delays or issues intransactions.
• Ensure compliance with AML KYC and other regulatory requirements related topayments.
• Provide timely and efficient customer support for paymentrelatedqueries troubleshooting transaction errors whenneeded.
• Assist in the integration of newpayment methods and gateways to expand serviceofferings.
• Prepare timely and accurate reportson payment operations for managementreview.
• Continuously improve and optimizepayment processing procedures to enhance efficiency and reducecosts.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 35years in payment processing banking or financialoperations .
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchaintechnology .
• Familiarity with bank payment networks and cryptocurrencywallets .
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to troubleshoot payment issueseffectively.
• Attention to detail and acommitment to accuracy in transactionprocessing.
