Capital GMC Buick in Edmonton is currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Consultant.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide expert advice on automotive parts and accessories
• Process parts inquiries and orders promptly and accurately
• Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts to identify customer needs
• Source and order parts from suppliers as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimal
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parts orders and deliveries

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts
• Group RRSP options
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
