Agricultural Technology Sales Consultant*

Join our esteemed John Deere dealership in the Maritimes. We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Agricultural Technology Sales Consultant for our Grand Falls, NB location.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert on crop production systems and agronomic best practices, building strong relationships with our clientele.

• Responsibilities : *
• Collaborate with management to implement the dealership’s agricultural technology services effectively.
• Lead initiatives related to John Deere precision farming products and provide agronomic insights.
• Ensure all departments sales, service, and parts understand and utilize John Deere agricultural technology solutions.
• Act as a technical resource for both customers and internal teams regarding new technology in agriculture.
• Work closely with customers to tailor technology solutions to enhance their farming operations.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor yield data throughout planting and harvesting cycles.
• Assist customers in creating field boundaries, managing data, and implementing automated steering systems.
• Support the dealership's partnerships with third-party service providers as needed.
• Stay updated on current production methods, industry trends, and innovations.
• Qualifications : *
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Background in agriculture or related fields is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with dealership sales, service, and integrated agricultural technology solutions is a plus.
• Certified Crop Advisor Certification is an asset.
• Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office and online applications.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for flexible hours and travel to customer locations and stores.
• Valid driver’s license.
