Western Dimensional is a specialized transport and logistics company that provides fully integrated logistics solutions for heavy-lift and project cargo.

We are looking for a rail operations coordinator to join our team.

This position is full-time and in-person at our Toronto office.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinating freight movements with outside suppliers (rail, road, marine)
• Railcar ordering, billing, tracking, and expediting
• Providing daily reports to customers for ongoing freight movements
• Developing logistics strategies for complex multi-modal projects
• Managing project documentation such as : rail clearances, drawings, and transport permits.

Do you Have?

• Prior operations experience in the transportation, rail, freight forwarding, or rigging industries
• Post-secondary education in business, supply-chain, construction, or engineering
• Great communication skills
