Office Services Support
Purpose of the role :
Wearing a variety of hats, the Office Services Team plays a vital role in both hosting external clients at BD&P's offices and ensuring internal clients have the office resources they need, when and where they need them, to provide top-notch legal services.

Duties and Responsibilities :
As a member of the Office Services team, the incumbent will carry out a wide range of general office services functions including Reception, Switchboard, Central Photocopy, Mailroom, Courier, and Coffee Service.
Focusing on collaboration and teamwork, the Office Service Support will deliver exceptional customer service while meeting tight deadlines.
