In this role, you will handle various administrative tasks, follow up with leads from trade shows, manage inventory, and provide exceptional service while building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads generated from trade shows.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for trade shows, including flights, hotels, and transportation for attendees.
  • Organize and maintain data from trade shows, including sending follow-up emails.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client and invoice records in QuickBooks.
  • Update and manage product catalogs, as well as maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Manage customer inquiries, refunds, and payments, and resolve issues related to orders, complaints, and returns.
  • Assist in order fulfillment and confirmation processes by coordinating with shipment and tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through both email and phone communication.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure a clean and safe office environment at all times.
  • Experience in creating and managing barcodes for inventory tracking.
  • Handle claiming duties and taxes for shipments.
