We are a growing B2B SaaS company looking to manage our back office more effectively and efficiently. Isolocity software is tailored to help businesses automate their quality management system, often a mandatory element to their operations.

Our clients come from a wide range of industries with a strong presence in Cannabis, Vape, Manufacturing, and Food.

The Ideal Candidate :

This is an ideal position for someone who is high energy and flexible in their role. While there is a focus on office coordination, we need someone adaptable to changing needs.

  • Key Responsibilities :

    Office Management

    • Supporting The Office Manager with Booking travel & hotels
    • Coordinating set up and delivery of hardware
    • Updating the inventory of devices and hardware
    • Editing, managing, & automating Documents
    • Coordinating other office-related tasks and product support when required
    • Discover and employ technology for more efficient and effective office coordination.
    • Assistance with employee onboarding / offboarding
    • Planning / Organizing company events

    General Organizing

    • Data cleanup & management in various software
    • Document organization management

    Compliance

    Enforcing certain compliance activities and processes

    Minimum Qualifications :

    • Basic MS Office Knowledge
    • Previous experience is ideal
    • Minimum college diploma is ideal
