Working within the mission, vision, values, and person-centered philosophy of the Agency, the Office Coordinator plays a vital part in providing exceptional administrative and reception support, both in person and over the phone at the Richmond office.
The successful candidate will use their excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and friendly demeanor to create a positive experience for clients, staff, and visitors to the Richmond office.
This role is primarily responsible for administrative support to the Counselling & Trauma, Victim Services, and FSEAP Programs in Richmond, including a variety of administrative, clerical, and basic financial tasks, which vary throughout the year, depending on ongoing projects and program / Agency needs.
