Assist upper management with daily operations to meet standards of service and quality; Resolve customer complaints and reported issues to senior management;
Complete opening and closing duties to facilitate business operations; Perform billing, A / P, A / R, service writing, and scheduling appointments.
Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work under pressure adhering to tight deadlines.
