  • Proactive contact broker (sales network expansion, provide monthly updates)
  • Searching and nurturing potential clients
  • Follow up with existing interested clients
  • Make appointments, entertain brokers and clients entering the sales office
  • Provide project presentations and sales pitches
  • Signing of contracts
  • Completing the sales strategy laid down by the senior management
  • Maintain timely communication with brokers
  • Provide post-sale and pre-delivery customer service
  • Follow up on complex bounces
  • Post property advertisements or company related promotions on social media
  • Send out mass notification to buyers and inform them of project activities
  • Visiting sales companies to take photos of interior design, show flats, etc
  • Collecting, organizing and monthly reporting of project information of each property
  • Update monthly market analysis report

  • Licensed real estate sales representative or broker
  • At least 2-3 year pre-con sales experience in GTA Developers or Sale & Marketing Companies
  • Must be computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft programs
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Be lively, motivated, well-spoken and confident.
  • Be comfortable in public speaking
  • Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
