About AquaMobile

AquaMobile is an award-winning at-home swim school founded by Diana Goodwin in 2011. We select the top instructors and lifeguards in local areas across the country to provide high-quality swim lessons and lifeguard services to clients at their home or condo pools.

The Opportunity :

We’re looking to expand our team of dedicated, qualified swim instructors and lifeguards who will deliver effective, engaging, and enjoyable at-home swimming lessons to clients of all ages

Full-time, part-time, or casual positions available you decide!

Requirements :

Applicants who don’t meet the following requirements will still be considered for the role, provided all relevant qualifications / checks are obtained or renewed prior to starting.

• Swim Teaching / Coaching or Lifeguard experience
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification
• A love for swimming and a passion for teaching
• Access to reliable transportation

We offer :

• The flexibility to set your own hours and travel zone so you can work around other commitments
• A competitive salary ($30 - $60 per hour) + bonuses + tips *hourly rates vary by town but are ALWAYS highly competitive
• Access to a friendly and helpful support team that will find and book clients for you
• The opportunity to build deep relationships with your students; most clients book private lessons or semi-private lessons.

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school.
