Responsibilities

What will you be doing as a welder?

• performing MIG welding
• fitting, MIGl welding, MUST have experience
• grinding, polishing
• helping out in other areas of the shop as needed
• paying strong attention to Health & Safety protocols
• working directly with a team member on large pieces
• performing quality checks

Qualifications

• able to pass a pre-employment physical testing
• can pass a flat MIG test
• can pass a written blueprint / weld symbol test
• experience with pressure vessel welding an asset
• have a reliable mode of transportation as the shift does not work on the bus route
• MINIMUM of 2 years as a true welder / fitter expereince
