Shifts : Monday Friday 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities :
Ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction, including resolving any complaints.
Conduct patient history and ophthalmic testing, including vision and pressure tests.
Administer visual field tests, OCT, fundus photography, IOL measurements, and intraocular pressure tests. Training is available, but prior experience is a major asset.
Requirements and Qualifications :
Prior experience as a technician or MOA in an optometry or ophthalmology practice is preferred but not required.
Certification as an MOA or ophthalmic technician is an asset.
Minimum of 6 months of experience as an MOA or ophthalmic technician.
Proficiency with EMR systems; experience with Accuro is an asset.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Computer literate and capable of operating standard office equipment (telephone, computer, photocopier).
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
